At this time, Pins & Giggles does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our items.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Once your order has been shipped, Pins & Giggles is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Shipping carriers are independent of our business, and delays or issues may occur due to factors outside of our control, including (but not limited to) weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
